Role & Responsibilities:

1. Hiring new door knocking sales team members. 

2. Managing the sales team and building strategy to encourage growth.

3. Planning different methods of sale strategies.

4. Reaching weekly and monthly sale targets.

5. Conduct review meeting where required to improve the performance  

6. Maintain customer relationships.

7. Presenting weekly production levels. 

8. Maintaining healthy coordination with the installer.

Requirements: 

1. Previous sales experience under the VEU program preferred.

2. Need to have existing sales team members.

3. Excellent communication skills. 

4. Attention to detail.

5. Strong Management skills
